Anantasak Wareesri (a.k.a Wa)

Tell us about your internship experience?

I must admit that it was quite an impressive experience wherein I gained more confidence in terms of my interpersonal skills as I started communicating with team members from all parts of the globe, which I have never experienced before.  I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from a highly competent team which helped nurture my skillsets further.

What type of experiences and skills did you learn during your internship with ReverseAds?

Anantasak Wareesri (a.k.a Wa)

The skills I gained during my internship is getting used to multiple projects and delivering quality work on time, ability to use hotkeys for the design program, and getting accustomed to 3D designs and Adobe XD programs that wouldn’t be possible without the mentoring from our design champions.

What was the most important lesson you learned during your internship?

The most important lesson learned during my internship at ReverseAds is being a team player i.e., working and interacting alongside a team that consisted of experts in their fields which in turn led me to grow enormously in such a short span of time by constantly observing and learning from the best.

Now that you have been offered a permanent position in our organization, what are your career plans, and how can ReverseAds help you to achieve your goals?

I am looking forward to developing fresh skillsets and applying all my knowledge and expertise to make sure that our design stands out with its flawless visuals which truly sends out the message of what ReverseAds stands for.

Sampan Tongseedam (a.k.a M)

Tell us about your internship experience?

ReverseAds gave me the opportunity to learn fresh design skills and in the process, I got familiar with conversing in English which is one of the perks of working among a talent pool from different nations.  My design style used to be more of a colorful approach to designing creatives, however, ReverseAds transformed that belief into a minimalist way of doing key visuals which helped me to better understand the design style that works best for the advertising industry.

Sampan Tongseedam (a.k.a M)

What type of experiences and skills did you learn during your internship with ReverseAds?

I learnt to conduct quality research and be on the lookout for new design trends in the online advertising industry. Toward the end of my internship period, I became familiar with new design tools which I did not learn in university. I also managed to improve my communication, time management and critical thinking skills.

What was the most important lesson you learned during your internship?

Working in a cross-functional team and interacting with colleagues on a day-to-day basis are the biggest lessons of my internship at ReverseAds. Finally, working in a corporate environment where I had to pay close attention to the due dates of my deliverables, assignee of the task, and the brief description of the needed design in order to get the design done with quality and on time.

Now that you have been offered a permanent position in our organization, what are your career plans, and how can ReverseAds help you achieve these goals?

As a fresh graduate, I am keen on improving my expertise in graphic designing and supporting my team members to deliver quality work. It is a moment of pride to be a part of such a growing organization and hence, I am aiming for a Senior Designer position within 3 –5 years of working here.

At ReverseAds, we’re all about creating a cohesive environment with talents from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities merging in synchrony to thrive as individuals and succeed as a company.
