ReverseAds is seeking an experienced sales professional with 2+ years of experience. This person should have a track record of sales success, in print, digital and or event sales. Specifically, managing a lead from contact through closing a deal using CRM software, i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoHo, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a funded Adtech startup in an extremely fast-paced environment, in an ever-growing digital marketing industry. Our ideal candidate will be a strong closer, deliver results, and help build a strong sales team. Experience in at least one of the following sales verticals; Partnerships, Legal, FinTech, Insurance, Luxury Brands, Recruitment is a huge plus. You’ll be joining our growing sales team on the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand. The position will be working US hours to cover our client base in the States. 

 

Essential functions

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team in sales and partnerships to drive and advance the long-term sales revenue goals
  • Measure the success and impact of leads, pipeline and sales metrics with clearly defined goals and measurable metrics
  • Identify key market trends and translate them into potential business opportunities and solutions. Must have a deep understanding of competitive offerings in the market and anticipate trends
  • Be an amazing seller and have a high client close rate
  • Ensure all sales pipelines are up to date within your industry and contribute to ensuring they are updated each day
  • Evangelize products with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet sales targets and quotas to ensure the growth of ReverseAds globally
  • Work collaboratively across teams
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leading Sales experience in digital advertising space and leading teams of sellers
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Management in an early stage, high growth, or medium-sized company (preferred)
  • Proven track record of growing sales and revenues
  • Conversational English - fluent
  • Must reside in Thailand upon application will to relocate to Phuket
  • (Willing to relocate to Phuket, Thailand)
  • Fluent business English, written and verbal
  • 2+ years previous digital advertising experience

Compensation

  • Competitive monthly base salary of 40,000 to 60,000thb per month
  • Highly lucrative commission structure and bonuses of 50,000 to 100,000thb per month for hitting targets

We are looking for a Media Buyer to negotiate and buy advertising inventory for clients alongside plan and build an advertising network. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with clients and media professionals. Your goal will be to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets and create a network of DSPs, ad networks and media placement partnerships of the utmost quality.

Essential functions

  • Identifying sales potentials and our ability to perform in new markets 
  • Negotiating pricing with networks in order to reduce overall placement costs 
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase client conversion rate via various paid advertising platforms 
  • Identify the best media execution plan for clients and leading teams in the setup and optimization of client campaigns
  • Managing Media budget within each client campaign while maintaining the best quality of placement possible
  • Identifying new media placement potentials across all verticals and expanding our ability within new markets
  • Building Media placement strategies for all focus industries as well as test industries
  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Excellent English Communication 
  • MUST be willing to relocate to Rawai, Phuket

The Head of Digital Advertising is a key player in the success of our digital marketing strategies for our clients. You’ll possess a wide variety of skills across various digital platforms, and showcase your ability to develop successful campaigns, have outstanding reporting and analytical skills, and be a strong communicator.

Essential functions

  • Analyze campaign performance by looking at our current clients campaigns, analysing how well they are performing and determine which areas we can focus on to improve the results. 
  • Review the data and approaches we are using in the campaigns, and suggesting new strategies as to how to best identify the right consumers that we should be targeting in those campaigns. 
  • After analyzing the performance and strategies, you will be able to make recommendations to the salesperson who can present these to the client who can then agree on making these changes. 
  • Working alongside our inhouse media buyers to create relationships with new high quality data vendors: that will enable us to improve the data we already have for our campaigns.
  • Research and test new sources of media that can help with internal reporting and software needs, as well as being valuable to our clients. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads account management experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Digital Agency or Digital Advertising experience required
  • Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience
  • English as native language or equivalent in fluency
  • Living in Phuket or willing to relocate
  • Having own laptop

Compensation

  • Monthly Base Salary 50,000THB - 70,000THB
